Supernatural Powers Shower Bomb – Lush Review

With the opening of the new Lush Liverpool store we store a whole host of exciting exclusive products. One of these products that I was very excited to try out were the shower bombs. We had seen a few releases on the Lush Labs before but the new store was going to sell a huge range of these fun and quirky products. Since the stores opening it is now possible to also purchase these shower bombs in selected stores and online (which is fab).

The Supernatural powers shower bomb was one that I was drawn to instantly due to its fun design and name. The shower bombs a quite small in size (don’t let this put you off) but all have such fab designs. The supernatural powers shower bomb is space theme. It is shaped like a little alien space ship and is a very eye catching lime green colour.

The scent of this shower bomb is also just as wonderful as it’s fun name. Containing lemongrass, sage, tea tree, rosemary and thyme. The shower bomb has a lovely fresh uplifting herbal scent. I would say the lemongrass and tea tree are the most noticeable scents, which create a very refreshing and invigorating scent. I think the scent of the supernatural powers bath bomb is perfect for a morning shower before a busy day to help wake you up and set you up for the day ahead.

Shower bombs are very easy to use and I’m so happy they have been realised as when I’m away with work I only have a shower so it means I can’t use all my lovely bath bomb. To use all you have to do is hold the shower bomb in your hand and let the water run onto it. It will instantly start to fizz and great a lovely lather. Breath in the beautiful aromas and then use the lather to wash with. Although small in size I have found the shower bomb creates lots more lather than I need for one shower so you could easily cut it on half and use it over two showers.

Overall I really enjoyed the supernatural powers shower bomb, I loved its fresh and uplifting scent. I love how great the shower bombs are for travel and a fun way to still be able to enjoy lush without a bath. I will definitely be getting some more shower bombs to try out and am looking forward to reviewing them.
