After seeing what products were being released for this years Valentine’s Day Range, the one that I was most eager to get my hands on was the Peachy Bath Bomb.
When I popped into my local store however the day after the release the peachy bath bomb was already sold out and it seems that it keeps selling out very quickly due to its popularity. I was however able to get my hands on one by picking up a gift set (which felt very indulgent when buying it for myself).
However I do think my little gift set splurge was defiantly worth it as this bath bomb is just incredible. First of all the design!! Wow this bath bomb looks amazing. Shaped like a peach 🍑 this bath bomb is super awesome. It is also covered in a very pretty covering of shimmer. I was also very impressed at how large this bath bomb actually is, I was expecting it to be quite a bit smaller.
The scent of the Peachy Bath Bomb is very different to anything I have ever smelt from lush before. Containing peach juice, grapefruit juice and davana oil the Peachy Bath Bomb has a beautiful sweet fruity peachy scent. It is a very different scent from lush and one that I really love. I hoping that this scent might make an appearance again in the future in some other products.
Once in the bath the Peachy Bath Bomb was a fairly quick fizzer. I have noticed that quite a few new lush bath bombs fizz a lot faster than they use to. As it dissolved it released a beautiful peach coloured foam, which turned the water a lovely orange colour. There was also a very gentle shimmer throughout the water, but luckily I didn’t end up looking like a disco ball from this bath bomb.
The scent of the Peachy Bath Bomb is very subtle in the water, but I could still pick up on its peachy scent throughout my bath! It’s sometimes nice to actually have a bath bomb with a gentle scent, as I find these kinds of scents much more relaxing than something a little stronger.
Overall I have been very impressed with this years Valentine’s Day Range so far! And the Peachy Bath Bomb defiantly did not disappoint.

OH MYYYY I really need to get my hands on this bath bomb before it leaves! I wanted to when I ventured into Lush last Sunday but it was sold out and I didn’t really want to invest in getting a gift set. 😦
I’ll definitely look into getting this though, it sounds yummy!
