Hi Ho Silver Bath Bomb – Lush Review

When I first visited the new Lush Liverpool store I was absolutely blown away with the sheer amount of amazing new products. There were literally hundreds, and there were lots of new and exciting bath bombs.

Hi Ho Silver was a Bath Bomb that I was drawn to due to its beautiful purple colour. Very small in size compared to other bath bombs the Hi Ho Silver Bath Bomb doesn’t look very impressive and it also has quite a large price tag for its small size!! But oh my gosh don’t let this fool you, this bath bomb really packs a punch.

The scent of the bath bomb is incredible. The scent is described as a light floral fragrance. I however get a very strong grape scent, as in grape soda or those amazing grape scented gel pens everyone had in the 90s . The scent is so different to anything I have tried before and is both sweet and fruity!

Once in the water, is when this little bath bomb really shows off. As soon as it makes contact with the water the bath bomb fizzes very fast and creates clouds of purple colour that disperse across the water. But once this bath bomb reaches it centre is has a pure silver core that contains more glitter than I have ever seen in my life. As the silver core dissolves in the deep purple water it creates the most wonderful mystical silver sheen. Please be warned if you are not a glitter fan as you will come out of the bath very very shimmery.

The scent of the Hi Ho Silver Bath Bomb stays super strong throughout the entire bath and this bath bomb is also incredibly moisturising due to the inclusion of lots of cocoa butter and hydrating oils. After my bath my skin felt so soft and hydrated and I didn’t even need to think about using any lotion.

Overall I was so impressed with this bath bomb, the scent is so different and the water it creates is incredible. I love all things sparkly so this bath bomb is just perfect for me and I will defiantly be buying some more.
