Love Boat Bath Bomb – Lush Review

With the release of the 2019 Valentine’s Day products fast approaching I thought I would have a look through my valentines products from last year and review a few that I didn’t get chance to do last year.

First on my list of reviews was the much loved Love Boat bath bomb, this bath bomb has such a wonderful design and is quite different in shape to those bath bombs that’s are normally found on the shelves at Lush. Shaped like a tiny speed boat the Love Boat bath bomb is coloured with a stunning bright pink, blue and yellow making it such an eye catching product. As well as being a lovely addition for a Valentine’s Day Range I defiantly think that this bath bomb would appeal to younger children due to its wonderful design.

The scent of the love boat bath bomb is also very suited for a Valentine’s Day Range, having a beautiful soft romantic scent. Containing Sicilian lemon oil, sweet orange oil and rose oil this bath bomb has a very gently powdery sherberty scent. The scent is very uplifting and is a soft zesty scent with a lovely touch of floral.

Once in the water the Love Boat bath bomb is quite a quick fizzer , as it’s speed across the surface of the water it produces waves of pink, blue and yellow foam. I loved the display that this bath bomb created in the water and if you love making bath art then this is defiantly a bath bomb for you.

The scent of the bath bomb in the water was quite subtle but still very lovely. The water also made my skin feel very soft and moisturised which I really liked.

Overall I was a huge fan of theLove Boat bath bomb and absolutely love the design. I am now just keeping my fingers crossed that this bath bomb will make a reappearance this year.
