Jade Roller Naked Cleansing Balm – Lush Review

Lush Labs are producing some incredible products at the moment, however I do think the range of naked skin care products that they have just released are by far my favourite so far.

The Jade Roller Naked Cleansing Balm was the second cleanser that I tried out of the range. Green in colour this cleanser is by far the most appealing out of the range looks wise. This cleanser is a multitasking product meaning you can cleanse, tone and massage all at once. What intrigued me the most about this product was the inclusion of mung beans that can be used to give a gentle facial massage which can help to boost circulation.

This cleanser contains a whole host of ingredients thats are great for your skin including Marula oil that is known for its elasticity boosting effects and peppermint which leaves your skin feeling soft and refreshed.

Although these cleanser are great at removing make up, I have been keeping the Lush labs cleansers for my second cleanse. Due to the large amount of incredible ingredients I wanted to make sure my skin got all the benfirs of these ingredients and not waste them for removing my make up.

Scent wise this cleanser has a herby minty scent. I wasn’t too keen on the scent of this cleanser, however it defiantly is not overpowering there is just a little too much herby aroma for my liking. once washed off you can’t even notice it so if the scent isn’t one to like it doesn’t cause to much of a problem.

The naked cleansers are super easy to use, you can either apply it directly to your skin (my favourite method) or you can massage it in between your hands and then apply it to your face. Once massaged in simple wipe off with a damp face cloth.

I love that with the Jade Roller cleanser once water is added it activates the toning phase which tightens your pores and soothes the skin.

I did really enjoy using this cleanser, my only downside is that I found the beans used for the massaging element are a little hard for my skin and found that even the lightest massage left me with red marks on my face. These did vanish quite quickly so wasn’t to much of a problem. The cleanser did leave my skin very very soft and I have really noticed a difference in the brightness of my skin from using this cleanser.
