Once Upon A Time Body Lotion – Lush Review

Body lotion is a product that I know I should use on a regular basis but never do! I just hate the feeling of being all sticky or slimy waiting for a lotion to sink in and to be honest a lot of the time I’m just way to lazy for this skincare step.

This year Lush have released a brand new body lotion as part of their Christmas range (2017). When I saw this lotion was coming out I decided a new body lotion would be a great way to try and look after my skin a little more and add this step into my routine.

The Once Upon A Time body lotion has a beautiful magical fresh crisp scent. The scent makes your feel as if you are a prince or princess in your very own fairy tale. Containing apple infusion, lime oil and grapefruit oil the scent is of crisp apples with a beautiful fruity twist. If you are a fan of the much loved So White scent this body lotion shares the same apple yumminess.

This body lotion contains a whole host of oils and butters making it extremely moisturising for this skin. The Once Upon A Time body lotion it’s self is lovely and light meaning it sinks into to skin super quick so you don’t have to spend ages waiting for it to dry.

Once on the skin the scent lasts for ages, I really liked that the scent isn’t to overpowering but it is still possible to pick up on a subtle scent throughout the day.

This Christmas Lush have also created the Once Upon A Time body lotion in a naked format. This means that there is absolutely no packaging what’s so ever! The Naked version is in a solid block and you rub this over you skin very much like you would a massage bar.

Overall I have really enjoyed using the Once Upon A Time body lotion, now let’s hope that I can keep up my new good habit throughout 2018!

What’s your favourite Lush body lotion? Which one should I try next?
