Magic bath bomb

So being a magicians assistant when I found out the lush kitchen would be making a bath bomb called magic, I just had to get my self one as I just thought the connection was just brilliant.
Although the magic bath bomb has been out in the past i have never heard of it before so wasn’t too sure what to expect.

After battling it out bright and early in the morning I was left exstremly disappointed and didn’t managed to pick any up, but luckily on the following day the lush kitchen released a few more and I managed to grab myself a few of these awesome bath bombs.
The magic bath bomb is a quite large and very similar in shape to the new experimenter bath bomb. It is a very unique shape compared to some of the other products lush have to offer. The magic bath bomb is a lovely bright blue colour and it felt a bit heavier than the average bath bomb although this could have just been me imagining it.

What I noticed first when i opened my parcel was the smell. It was one of the strongest scents I have ever smelt from a lush product before. Although it was a very strong scent it wasn’t overpowering.

What I noticed about its scent was its minteyness, but it wasn’t a sweet mint smell it was more of a deep herbal mint scent. It’s also has a slight hint of rose which sweetens the whole scent. As a fan of sweet scents I wasn’t sure if I was particularly going to like this herbal scent. But I found myself falling in love with this unique and different smelling product.

The magic really started when this product is popped in the water. I have never seem a lush product fizz so fast.

However it did sink! I’m not sure if I just had a funny one that wasn’t right, or if was because its so heavy or if they are meant to sink. But I didn’t matter it still fizzed away happily changing the water to a very vivid blue.

Once it reached its core there was a beautiful burst of pink. It continued to fizz creating a swirly blue and pink water which was truly magical.

also as a little finishing touch right in the centre was a little sprig of which i think was mint (it may not have been though) which I thought was a lovely little touch
I found that the scent really filled the bath room and it lingered on the skin for ages after my bath. It also made my skin lovely and soft.

Overall I was very impressed with this bath bomb, from its minty herbal scent to its beautiful colours. If you want something to add a little magic into your life this is the product for you.
