The Tisty Tosty bath bomb is a beautiful and very romantic product which is part of the current full time range at Lush. Inspired by a medieval love potion, this heart shaped white bath bomb contains 7 beautiful rose buds making it a perfectly enchanting product.
Containing a combination of floral orris root powder, rose and lemon these ingredients really do sound like something you would find in a love potion. Along with geranium, Jasmine and rose these Ingredients give the product a spellbinding scent. The scent is super romantic, soft and floral and is designed to help lift your spirits.
I feel like the Tisty Tosty bath bomb is a product that I have really taken for granted and never really given much time to. It wasn’t until the 2016 Valentine’s range was released that I realised how much I love this product.
As part of last years Valentine’s Day range (2016), Lush created a special limited edition pink Tisty Tosty bath bomb. This limited edition bath bomb contained the same design and floral scents but instead of the normal white colour was a pale pink which added m a little extra colour once in the water and this Valentine’s Day special also contained your own love potion on a little tiny piece of paper.
Once popped in the water the Tisty Tosty bath bomb is quite a quick fizzer. As it dissolves in the water a beautiful floral aroma fills the air. I found the scent to be strong enough that it could be detected across the entire bath but not so strong that it was to heady.
The original version of the bath bomb turns the water a milky white colour, where the Valentine’s specials turns the water a pretty milky pale pink (I defiantly prefer the pink version). As the bath bomb dissolves the rose buds float across the surface of the water which adds a lovely romantic touch ( don’t worry they are very easy to pick out the water) and in the Valentine’s Day special your love potion is released which you can read aloud to create your own love spell (a wonderful Valentine’s Day touch).
Overall I really enjoyed the Tisty Tosty bath bomb, I feel it is very underrated and does almost get forgotten about. But if you like someting a little more simple with a lovely scent then this is the bath bomb for you. If you haven’t tried one yet I highly recommend getting ahold of one and it would also make a lovely little Valentine’s Day gift to a loved one or even yourself.
