Boo Bath Melt – Lush Review

If there’s something strange in your neighbourhood who you gonna call?

GHOSTBUSTERS

Well maybe not when your ghost is this cute and called Boo, you are defiantly better off just popping it in your bath!

This little ghost is a pretty interesting addition to this years Halloween Range. The tiny little white ghost is 50% bath melt and 50% bubble bar mix which is a concept that I personal have never seen before and one that I was extremely excited about trying out.

Scent wise the Boo bath melt was a lot more subtle that I was expecting. Containing warming ginger, calming mimosa and sweet mandarin oil this ghost is very similar in scent to the old ginger perfume. As I’m not a massive fan of ginger I wasn’t sure if I was going to be a fan of the scent. However I was pleased to find the ginger was not at all over powering and the delicate mix of ingredients created a floral, fruity scent which was both relaxing yet warming.

As I mentioned earlier the Boo bath melt is a bath melt bubble bar mix. In order to get the most out of this product it is best to hold it under running water. As the water cascades over the ghost it creates soft white bubbles. The warm water also simultaneously melts the cocoa butter creating soft luxurious moisturising water.

Once out of the bath I found my skin felt extremely moisturised, so much so i didn’t need to use any extra lotion. The scent stayed on my skin for quite some time which was lovely when I was all snuggled in my cosy pjs. This bath melt is defiantly going to be one I’m going to use on cold dark evening to warm me up and make me feel extra relaxed.
