The sacred lotus bath bomb is a beautiful and unique product that is currently an Oxford street store exclusive. This bath bomb is inspired and design to look similar to the sacred lotus flower. The sacred lotus has deep religious meaning to Hindus and Buddhists, to whom the lotus flower symbolises beauty, purity and divinity. 

   
One slight negative point to this incredibly designed and unique bath bomb is that it’s intacute design does make it very fragile. I have attempted several times to get one of these lovely bath bombs home from London and each time they have not made the journey home with out loosing several of its delicate petals. I do however adore the design of this product and love how completely different it is to any other bath bombs currently avalible in lush. 

The sacred lotus has a very floral but also quite a sweet scent. Featuring neroli and jasmine as its main ingredients I found this product to be very uplifting and mood boosting. The scent of this product is a lot lighter than I was expecting but I found that the lighter more subtle scent really suited this product and it gave it a more sophisticated feel . 

 
Once popped in the water you will defiantly not be disappointed with the show that this product puts on. The sacred lotus bath bomb floats across the surface of the water like a water Lilly. As it starts to fizz it produces swirls of white, purple  and yellow foam.

After a few minutes the purple petals break away from the flowers main body creating streaks of purple colour as they float away on their own journey. I would say that this bath bomb could pass as a work of art and truly is one of the most spectacular products once in the water. 

  
 I found this bath bomb to be super relaxing, I also loved that the product contained a large amount of glitter which I totally wasn’t excepting, but this added a lovely shimmer of magic to its display.As mentioned earlier the scent wasn’t all that strong and I did find that it faded quite quick, but the product did leave a subtle scent on my skin and left me super soft.Overall I really enjoyed this product I just wish it wasn’t quite so fragile so it would be a little easier to get home in one piece.
