Rudolph Jelly Mask – Lush Review

If you are a chocoholic you are going to love this face mask!!!!!! The Rudolph face mask is possibly the best thing I have ever smelt, I have had a hard time not grabbing a spoon and eating it as it smells divine.

I am a huge skincare fan and face masks are by far one of my favourite products. I love using face masks as a way of allowing a little relaxing me time as well as pampering my skin.

Jelly masks are a fairly new concept from lush, originally making their debut in 2017. But are defiantly now a firm favourite in my skin care routine. Unlike fresh mask from Lush the jelly masks do not need to be kept in the fridge, although do still have a fairly short shelf life.

To use the jelly mask all you need to do it:

  • take a small amount in the palm of your hand.
  • Squish the jelly a little until it turns into a smooth paste (make sure hands are dry)
  • apply the jelly mask to a dry face.
  • Relax and let the mask do it’s magic.
  • Wash off to reveal lovely soft skin

The Rudolph jelly mask is defiantly my favourite jelly mask that I have tried from Lush. Containing tangerine oil and Brazilian orange oil I was expecting this mask to have a slight fruity scent to it. However to me this mask just smells like chocolate mouse. It is literally a chocoholics dream. It is quite similar to the Cupcake Fresh face mask (although not exactly the same), so if you are a fan of that mask I am sure you will absolutely love the Rudolph jelly mask.

The Rudolph jelly mask is great for absorbing excess oils, it also has Ingredients to help tone, soften and brighten the skin. When I used this mask I did fine it very drying on any areas that were not particularly oily. So in the future I would defiantly be more likely to use this mask just on any oily areas or do a little bit of multi masking and pair it up with a different mask to suit my skins needs.

This mask would make a wonderful present or stocking filler this Christmas. The design of the mask is so Christmassy and you even get a little red nose so if you wanted to could put the mask on, pop on your red nose and pretend to be Rudolph (I know I will be doing that more than once this Christmas.)
