Snowman Bath Bomb – Lush Review

Working away from home a lot means I don’t get to use bath bombs half as much as I use to and I have therefore had all my Christmas bath bombs sat at home waiting for me to have a few days off so that I could get stuck into them and try them all out!!!

The first one that I reached for when I was home was the snowman bath bomb which is a new release for this year (2018).

At £9.95 the snowman bath bomb is very expensive however it is also absolutely massive. The design of the bath bomb is super cute and very Christmassy. What I also really love about this bath bomb that it can be used as one large bath bomb or split and used for two separate baths (which does make it a little more cost effective).

The main thing that drew me to this bath bomb was it’s incredible scent. Containing a large amount of spearmint oil the snowman bath bomb has the most amazing fresh minty scent. I found the scent of this bath bomb so refreshing and uplifting.

I decided that the best way to try this bath bomb out would be to use both parts In one go. As soon as the bath bomb was added to the water it fizzed extremely quickly. This is one of the quickest fizzing bath bonbs that I have ever used, I actually really enjoyed this aspect of the bath bomb. As it fizzed streams of white and blue colour streamed across the water creating a wonderful wintry display in the water. Using both parts of the bath bomb in one go created a very luxurious bathing experience, but I also think using just one part would work very well.

Overall I loved this bath bomb. The scent is incredible and lasted for ages in the water. I would really recommend using this bath bomb in a morning or if you need waking up when feeling a little sluggish.!The display in the water also makes this bath bomb beautiful. I will defiantly be stocking up on a few of these bath bomb this Christmas.

I really want to pick one of these up when I was in London and although I LOVE the scent of it, I just couldn’t bring myself to… I find the price of it was quite pricey for how gimmicky it is. But that being said, you are technically getting 2 baths for £5.

I might end up getting it, but otherwise I wish they’d brought out the minty bubble bar from last year out again. That was so good! 😥
